Needles & Nidra for Deep Calm & Restoration

Munayqi Wellness collaboration with Ryuqi Energetics

When was the last time you gave yourself permission to truly rest?

Deep Reset is a restorative one-hour experience designed to help you slow down, release tension, and settle into a deeper state of calm.

Combining guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, calming acupuncture points, and gentle Reiki space holding, this intimate group session supports nervous system regulation, grounding, and emotional restoration. Together, these practices create the conditions for deep rest, allowing the body and mind to soften out of stress and reconnect with a sense of ease.

During the session, you'll be guided through breath awareness and meditation before settling into a deeply restful Yoga Nidra experience while receiving a small selection of acupuncture points chosen to encourage relaxation, presence, and balance.

This experience may be especially supportive for those experiencing:

• Stress and overwhelm
• Anxiety and burnout
• Poor sleep or difficulty switching off
• Mental fatigue and overthinking
• Nervous system dysregulation
• A desire for deeper rest and restoration

 

No prior experience with acupuncture, meditation, or Yoga Nidra is required.
