Traditional Chinese Medicine views health as a balance within the body and mind. Treatment may support a wide range of concerns including pain, stress, anxiety, digestive issues, sleep disturbances, headaches, allergies, hormonal balance, women’s health, fertility support, skin health, and general wellbeing. Each treatment is tailored to your unique presentation.
Your first appointment begins with a detailed consultation to understand your health history, lifestyle, and current concerns. This allows for a personalised treatment plan that may include acupuncture and other therapies such as cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, remedial massage, lymphatic drainage, or Chinese herbal medicine, depending on your needs.
Acupuncture uses very fine, sterile, single-use needles. Most people experience little to no discomfort, with sensations often described as light pressure, tingling, warmth, or heaviness. Many clients find treatments deeply calming and restorative.
Cosmetic Acupuncture is a gentle, natural approach to facial rejuvenation. Fine needles are used to support circulation, encourage collagen production, improve skin tone and elasticity, and enhance overall skin vitality. It works both on the skin and the underlying patterns of imbalance in the body.
That is completely fine. Not everyone feels comfortable with facial needles. Needle-free options such as facial gua sha, lymphatic drainage, and facial massage techniques can also support circulation, relaxation, and skin vitality in a gentle and effective way.
Cosmetic Acupuncture may support concerns such as fine lines, loss of firmness, dull or uneven skin tone, puffiness, facial tension, and overall skin vitality. Treatment is always individualised, and a series of sessions is generally recommended for best results.
Treatment is always tailored to your body and what it needs on the day. Remedial massage may focus on areas of muscular tension, tightness, or restriction to support ease of movement and release.
Lymphatic drainage is a slower, more gentle approach that supports circulation, fluid balance, and a sense of lightness in the body.
Treatments include acupuncture, remedial massage, lymphatic drainage massage, Chinese herbal medicine, cupping therapy, moxibustion, gua sha (including facial gua sha), and combined treatment approaches. These may be used individually or together depending on your needs.
This varies for each person. Some concerns may respond within a few treatments, while others—particularly long-standing or chronic conditions—benefit from a longer course of care. Your practitioner will guide you with a recommended treatment plan during your consultation.
For certain treatments, package options are also available, which can be a supportive way to commit to a treatment series and work towards more lasting results.
Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer on the day of your appointment. If you prefer to pay by credit or debit card, you can do so securely when booking your appointment online.

Wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early if you can. It’s best to have a light meal beforehand and stay well hydrated. For facial treatments, you may arrive with minimal to no makeup. Most importantly, allow yourself time to slow down and settle into the space.
